ANEVAR real estate appraisal (National Association of Authorized Appraisers in Romania)
It was established in 2011, based on the Romanian Government Ordinance no. 24/2011, as a professional organization of public utility, without patrimonial purpose, which includes the authorized evaluators who acquire this quality, under the conditions provided by the normative act mentioned above. ANEVAR has initiated and developed evaluation courses in universities, the students who graduate the courses can later activate as members of this association. ANEVAR organized evaluation courses at the request of some banking institutions such as Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD – Societe Generale, Raiffeisen Bank, Banc Post, C.E.C. to. The staff training activity is based on European and North American practice.
ANEVAR is structured on several types of valuations: of companies, of real estate, of movable goods and of financial assets.
